High-Pressure Valve for Heat Pump Mr.Silence MPXC170

The high-pressure valve for the Mr.Silence MPXC170 heat pump is a safety element installed on the discharge side of the compressor. When the maximum permitted refrigerant pressure is exceeded, it disconnects the compressor and prevents an overpressure failure that could damage the entire refrigeration circuit.

The original part is calibrated to the correct disconnection pressure value according to the specification of the manufacturer Mr.Pool for the MPXC170 model. Using a non-original replacement with a different calibration can lead to premature disconnection or, conversely, insufficient protection – which is why we always recommend using original components.

Replacing the high-pressure valve is a service task that should be carried out by a certified technician authorised to work with refrigeration media. Regular checking of the function of this safety element is part of the recommended annual service inspection of the heat pump.
