The two-way ball valve S6 d40 with PTFE seal is a full-bore shut-off valve for 40 mm diameter pipework. The red lever allows immediate visual identification of the valve position (open/closed) and easy manual operation even with wet hands.
The PTFE (Teflon) ball seat ensures minimal frictional resistance when turning the lever and excellent chemical resistance to chlorinated, salt and ozonated pool water. The PTFE seal lasts significantly longer than standard NBR or EPDM variants in aggressive chemical environments.
The full-bore ball minimises pressure losses during operation. The valve is suitable for installation in the suction or discharge line of pool filtration, a salt chlorinator or dosing systems. Both straight and corner d40 connections provide flexibility during installation.
