Foam Brushes for BWT D100 and P400 Cleaner (2019–2021)

The foam brushes are key cleaning elements of the BWT D100 and P400 robotic cleaner (models from 2019–2021). The fine foam structure of the brushes enables effective removal of algae, biofilm and fine dirt from the pool surface without scratching the liner or tile glaze.

The original brushes are made of abrasion-resistant foam resistant to chlorinated water and UV radiation, thereby retaining their cleaning effectiveness throughout the season. Worn brushes manifest themselves in reduced cleaning efficiency and the leaving of visible streaks on the pool floor.

Replacing the brushes is quick and tool-free – simply remove the old brushes from the drive section and fit the new ones in their place. Regular brush replacement is part of the standard preventive maintenance of the robotic cleaner for maximum cleaning performance.
