The pre-filter lid nut is a connecting element intended for a firm and tight closure of the transparent pre-filter lid of the InverPro IP pump. A properly tightened nut prevents water leakage and maintains the required overpressure in the suction circuit.
Replacement of the nut is necessary in case of mechanical damage, stripped thread or deformation that would cause leakage. The original part guarantees compatibility with the InverPro pre-filter body thread.
The nut is designed so that it can be tightened by hand without tools during routine basket cleaning. To achieve the required tightness, we recommend using the supplied or original InverPro pre-filter wrench.
