Inner Cell Seal Zelia ZLT (electronics) EPDM 105 x 3 mm

The inner seal of the Zelia ZLT cell is an O-ring made of EPDM rubber with a diameter of 105 mm and a cross-section of 3 mm that seals the control electronics area in the upper part of the electrolytic cell. It protects the electronic circuits against moisture, salt vapours and droplets of hypochlorite water that would cause corrosion and permanent damage to the control board.

EPDM rubber is resistant to the chemical effects of salt-chlorine pool water, temperatures and UV radiation and ensures long-term elasticity and sealing ability even after repeated installation and removal. The precise dimensions of 105 x 3 mm correspond to the groove in the upper part of the Zelia ZLT cell.

During each service disassembly of the cell (electrode replacement, cleaning, inspection), preventive replacement of both seals – outer and inner – is recommended to ensure maximum reliability of the entire salt electrolysis system. The original part guarantees material compatibility and correct dimensions.
