Ceramic Mechanical Seal for Mr.Pump ECO / Inverpro Pump

The ceramic mechanical seal is a precision machine part consisting of a ceramic-graphite sliding pair that seals the rotating motor shaft at the point where it passes through the wall of the hydraulic housing of the Mr.Pump ECO and Inverpro pumps. This part prevents water from seeping from the wet part of the pump to the motor bearings.

The ceramic sliding surface of the seal exhibits excellent resistance to wear and the chemical effects of pool water and enables long-term, quiet and maintenance-free operation. When water dripping is detected at the shaft area, replacing the seal is necessary, as water seeping into the motor causes irreversible damage.

Replacing the mechanical seal requires partial disassembly of the pump and we recommend entrusting it to a professional service technician. The use of an original part guarantees the correct dimensions and material composition for reliable sealing throughout the pump’s service life.
