The chlorine stabilizer remover CYAex is a special agent that breaks down the excessive amount of cyanuric acid (CyA) in pool water without the need to drain and refill the water. Too high a concentration of CyA (above 50–80 ppm) causes so-called chlorlocking – chlorine is chemically present but has no disinfecting effect. The recommended maximum ratio of CyA vs. free chlorine (fCl) is 14:1. CYAex restores the disinfecting capacity of chlorine, reduces chemical consumption and extends the usability of the pool. The product is intended exclusively for professional use.
