This scent is inextricably linked with Nordic sauna culture; in traditional Finnish saunas, birch branches (vihta) were used to massage and scent the air. The stabilizing, balanced scent of birch promotes mental well-being, inner calm and a positive attitude to life. The essence is applied onto the hot stones or into the aroma bowl; we recommend 10–20 ml diluted in water. The 250 ml pack is suitable for home and commercial saunas.
