Storage Cup for Probes

The storage cup for pH and Rx probes is a small plastic container with a cap, into which the measuring electrodes are placed when removed from the system for calibration, transport or winter storage. Keeping the probes in a moist environment (with KCl solution or reference liquid) prevents the drying out of the diaphragm and membrane of the electrode, which would lead to permanent damage and the need for premature replacement. Correct care of the probes by means of the storage cup significantly extends their service life and maintains measurement accuracy. The plastic material is chemically resistant to electrolyte solutions and pool chemistry. The cup is compatible with the standard types of probes available in the product range.
