The inner impeller cover is a key hydraulic part of the ESPA Nadorself pump, which directs the water flow through the impeller and ensures the correct hydraulic performance of the pump. Wear or damage to this cover is reflected in a drop in flow, reduced pressure and increased pump noise.
The part is made of highly durable engineering plastic resistant to chlorinated water and the mechanical stress in the pump’s hydraulic circuit. The exact dimensions and shape are identical to the original ESPA part, so after replacement the pump operates with its original efficiency.
Replacement of the inner impeller cover is a service operation recommended during every overhaul of the pump or when diagnosing reduced performance. It is significantly more economical than purchasing an entire new pump.
