The BARENT URSA MINOR II filter vessel in the d900 version with a 1.2 m bed represents a powerful solution for public swimming pools, aquaparks and large wellness centres. The 900 mm diameter and the 1.2 m filter media height allow the processing of extremely high water flow rates with excellent retention efficiency even at peak attendance.

The internal jet distributor is designed for even flow distribution across the entire cross-section of the media and eliminates the formation of preferential paths that reduce filtration efficiency. The laminate fibreglass construction meets the strict standards for pressure, corrosion resistance and hygiene of public pools.

Standard connections allow easy connection to large-dimension pipework. Thanks to the extensive contact area of the filter bed, the interval between backwashes is longer, which saves water and energy and reduces the operating costs of the facility.
