The GeoBubble solar cover with a thickness of 400 microns combines a blue top surface for maximum absorption of solar radiation with a black underside that blocks light penetration and inhibits algae growth beneath the cover. The 6.0 m width allows wide pools to be covered or the cover to be cut to fit smaller pools.
The patented GeoBubble bubble shape increases the cover’s durability by more than 25 % compared with conventional round bubbles, thus extending the product’s service life. The cover is supplied by the metre, so the customer purchases exactly the length corresponding to their pool.
Covering the pool daily with this cover reduces water-heating energy consumption by up to 70 % and significantly reduces pool chemical consumption by preventing chlorine off-gassing and water evaporation.
