The Oil Absorbent sponge is designed to capture oily films, sunscreens and other greasy substances that enter the pool water during bathing. These substances reduce the effectiveness of disinfection and leave a greasy stripe at the pool edge.
The sponge works passively – simply place it in the skimmer or let it float freely on the surface, and it gradually absorbs greasy impurities. Once saturated, you simply remove it, wring it out and reuse it, or replace it with a new one.
The pack contains 3 pieces, which provide sufficient absorption capacity for an entire season in a typical family pool. Regular use improves water clarity and reduces the consumption of pool chemicals.
