The wall lead-through with clamping nut, through-type d40, is a technical part for the watertight routing of 40 mm diameter pipe through the wall of a shaft, pump pit or pool plant room. The through-type design with a clamping nut guarantees both mechanical fastening and a tight joint on both sides of the wall.
The lead-through material is resistant to pool chemistry, moisture and operating water pressure. Installation into a pre-drilled hole in the wall is quick and requires no special tools; the mounting by tightening the clamping nut can be handled by a single worker without professional assistance.
The d40 diameter is suitable for medium-sized pipe branches with a higher flow rate than the smaller d25 variant allows – for example for waste pipes or filtration return branches routed through concrete or plastic walls.
We recommend it for new pool installations as well as renovations wherever pipework needs to be safely and watertightly routed through a solid structure.
