The Elecro H.R. UVC Basic 30 W UV sterilizer uses a super-reflective chamber made of E-PTFE material, which achieves UV-C radiation reflectivity of up to 95% – the highest value on the market in this class of device. The extended exposure time of microorganisms to the radiation dramatically increases the effectiveness of sterilization compared to standard UV lamps.
The device neutralises bacteria, viruses, algae and moulds, including strains resistant to traditional chemical disinfection. At the same time, it does not reduce the chlorine content and does not create any harmful by-products. The result is hygienically clean water with minimal chlorine odour.
The average lifespan of the UV lamp is 2 years, with an intelligent lifespan indicator alerting the operator to the approaching end of the operating period. The device is compatible with chlorinated water, saltwater and seawater and can be connected into the existing filtration circuit as a supplement to chemical disinfection.
