The pneumatic five-way valve BESGo is a premium fitting for pool filtration systems, driven by air or water pressure in the range of 3–5 bar. The connection dimensions are d50/DN40 for the piping and 125 mm for the filter vessel.
A key safety feature of the valve lies in its automatic return to the FILTRATION position in the event of a power failure – unintentional draining of the pool is thus excluded. Switching between the FILTRATION and BACKWASH modes takes place without the need to interrupt the filtration process.
The low pressure loss of the valve speeds up and streamlines the entire backwash process, thereby reducing water and energy consumption. The valve is compatible with the filter vessel via a threaded fitting, so service disassembly is easy and quick.
