The rear wall is a genuine structural part for the ESPA Niper pool pump, which closes the rear part of the hydraulic housing and separates the pump chamber from the electric motor chamber. A damaged or cracked rear wall can cause water to penetrate to the motor and damage it.
The part is made of a material resistant to mechanical stress and pool chemicals. Replacement is necessary in case of physical damage caused, for example, by impacts, frost or material fatigue of the plastic body.
Installation requires the dismantling of the motor from the hydraulic part of the pump. After replacing the rear wall and checking the condition of the seal, the pump can be put back into operation, while it is advantageous to carry out an overall inspection of the condition of the internal components at the same time.
