The BWT Protector mini HWS C/R 1″ is the largest variant of the Protector mini HWS range and is suitable for installations with a higher water flow rate where smaller diameters are insufficient. The filter cartridge with a 100 µm rating reliably captures solid impurities such as rust, sand or shavings and protects downstream fittings and equipment.
The built-in pressure-reducing valve allows the optimal water outlet pressure to be set and maintained within the range specified in the technical data, thereby reducing water consumption by up to 50 % and dampening pipe noise. The filter screen can be backwashed manually without dismantling the entire housing. The 1″ connection is compatible with standard domestic main water lines.
