BWT Protector mini HWS C/R 1/2″ 100 µm – Filter with Manual Backwash and Pressure Reducer

The BWT Protector mini HWS C/R 1/2″ combines a mechanical upstream filter with a 100 µm filtration rating and an integrated pressure-reducing valve in a single compact housing. The filter section captures solid particles (rust, sand, shavings) and protects downstream fittings and household appliances from wear and faults caused by foreign matter in the pipework.

The pressure-reducing valve allows the water outlet pressure to be set and stabilised, thereby contributing to savings of up to 50 % in water consumption and reducing the noise of the entire installation. Manual backwashing of the filter section is carried out without dismantling the housing. The 1/2″ connection allows direct installation into a standard domestic drinking water line.
