The TOP VF 450 filter tank is made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene), a material resistant to pressure, UV radiation and pool chemistry. The tank withstands an operating pressure of up to 4 bar without the risk of deformation or rupture.
A design advantage is the double filter spider, which evenly distributes the filtered water across the entire cross-section of the sand bed. The higher charge volume of 75 kg of sand or AFM filter media extends the backwash intervals and improves the capture of fine impurities.
The tank is designed for medium-sized pools and is suitable both for filter sand and for activated AFM Grade 1 and Grade 2 media. The top multivalve connection simplifies operation and the switching of operating modes – filtration, washing, rinsing and waste.
