The Giant H 125/100 pre-filter, with an asymmetric d140 connection on the suction side and d110 on the discharge side, is designed for installations where it is necessary to transition between two pipe diameters while also ensuring effective filtration of coarse impurities before the pump.
The body diameter of 270 mm and the spacious filter basket handle the high flow rates of large pool installations without a significant drop in pressure. Thanks to the large basket volume, less frequent cleaning is required, which reduces the servicing demands on the operator.
Robust materials ensure resistance to chlorinated and salt water. The pre-filter protects the pump from leaves, hair, textile fibres and other coarse impurities that would otherwise cause cavitation or clogging of the impeller.
