The Badu ECO Drive II 2.2 kW frequency converter is intended for pumps of the medium and higher power class operating on a three-phase 380–480 V supply. Continuous speed control eliminates shocks at start-up and protects the piping system against hydraulic impacts.
Operating costs are reduced because the pump only works at the output actually needed at any given moment – night-time or off-season filtration runs at reduced speed with minimal consumption of electricity.
The robust metal casing of the converter withstands the moisture of the plant room and guarantees a long operating life with no need for service intervention. Built-in protective functions monitor the motor against overload, overheating and phase failure.
