The retaining ring for the jet ball 350 is a small plastic part that holds the swivel ball insert in the jet body. Without this ring, the ball falls out and the jet ceases to perform its hydromassage function.
Although it is a tiny component, its absence or damage renders the entire jet useless. The original ring is made with the correct stiffness and dimensions to allow the ball to rotate smoothly while securely retaining it.
Replacement requires no tools – the ring is inserted into the groove by hand. We recommend ordering one to keep in stock, as it is a small part prone to loss when disassembling the jet.
