Rx Probe – 5m

The Rx (redox/ORP) electrode with a 5-metre cable measures the oxidation-reduction potential of pool water, which directly reflects the disinfection capacity of the present chlorine or other oxidant. The signal from the probe controls the dosing of the disinfectant so that the recommended Rx value (typically 650–750 mV) is achieved. The cable length of 5 m allows the holder to be placed in the ideal position of the flow-through pipe with a remote control cabinet. The platinum measuring electrode with a reference cell ensures accurate and long-term stable results. Replacing the probe after 2–3 seasons prevents inaccurate dosing and maintains safe water quality.
