The electrochemical pH probe with a 5-metre cable is a key sensor for automatic pool water treatment systems. The electrode cell continuously measures the pH value and transmits the signal to the control unit, which, based on the result, doses pH minus or pH plus. The cable length of 5 m allows flexible placement of the probe holder in the pool circuit at a sufficient distance from the control cabinet. The glass measuring electrode with a ceramic diaphragm guarantees accurate and stable measurement even with fluctuations in water temperature. Regular calibration and replacement of the probe after 1–2 seasons is a prerequisite for accurate automatic water treatment.
