The transparent pre-filter cover is an original spare part for ESPA pumps of the IRIS NEW, Silen I and NOX series. The transparent material allows quick visual inspection of the soiling of the pre-filter basket without the need to open the cover.
The part is made of transparent durable plastic, which is chemically inert towards pool water and disinfectants. A cracked or clouded cover must be replaced to prevent loss of pressure or air being drawn into the pump body.
Replacing the cover is easy and requires no special tools. A correctly fitted and sealed cover is a basic prerequisite for trouble-free pump operation and for preventing air blocks in the pool’s filtration system.
