The cooling fan cover ESPA Tifon version T is a protective plastic cover on the rear part of the pump’s electric motor that protects the cooling fan and directs the air flow for effective heat dissipation from the motor winding. The version T designation distinguishes this part from version M by a different motor design.
Without a functional cover, turbulence of the air flow and insufficient cooling of the motor occur, which during long-term operation leads to overheating and a shortening of the pump’s service life. The original ESPA part guarantees the correct shape and dimensions for optimal cooling function in Tifon pumps of version T.
