The BMSC 20 transformer is designed to power pool lights that require a low safety voltage (SELV) – typically 12 V or 24 V – from the 230 V domestic mains. The galvanic isolation of the primary and secondary windings guarantees protection of users from touch voltage even in the event of a luminaire fault.
The transformer’s power output enables powering of one or more pool lights according to their total power consumption. The transformer is installed out of reach of water in a dry technical room or distribution board.
The robust design in a protective housing withstands the moisture and vibrations typical of a pool’s technical room. Compatible with standard pool luminaires that require a transformer power supply.
