The tightness of the pool light mounting flange is a critical safety requirement – water leaking into the electrical part of the lighting can cause a short circuit or dangerous voltage in the pool water. This gasket is designed for the PT 732 (KOR732) light rated at 300 W.
The gasket is made of a material resistant to UV radiation, chlorinated water and the temperatures generated during operation of a powerful halogen or LED lamp. The precise dimensions match the mounting flange of the PT light and guarantee a proper, gap-free fit.
The gasket must be replaced whenever the light is removed from the niche and at any sign of moisture around the flange. During installation, we recommend using silicone pool sealant as an additional seal, especially if the niche has irregularities.
