A peristaltic pump works on the principle of compressing a flexible tube with rotating rollers – the tube is therefore a consumable part that gradually wears out. This replacement set is designed precisely for Aseko dosing pumps and contains tubes of the correct diameter and length.
The silicone material of the tubes resists pH regulators, chlorine preparations and flocculants. Replacement takes only a few minutes and does not require disassembling the entire dosing station.
We recommend replacing the tubes at the beginning of each season or whenever visible wear is detected – a tube bursting during operation can cause chemicals to spill into the technical room. The set contains everything needed for a complete replacement.
