The PVC loose flange d40, in combination with a stub flange and a sealing ring, allows the assembly of a fully detachable flanged joint in piping with a diameter of 40 mm. This type of connection is essential in places where the piping needs to be dismantled and reassembled during servicing work.
The PVC-U material retains its chemical resistance to pool products, chlorine and UV radiation. The flange is dimensionally precise for even tightening of the bolts and reliable sealing of the joint even with repeated retightening.
The d40 diameter is used in medium-dimensioned branches of a pool installation, such as branches to dosing pumps, UV sterilisers or electrolytic salt chlorinators. Full compatibility with the PVC flange system is a matter of course.
