The Elecro G2 titanium heat exchanger with an output of 85 kW serves private pools with a volume of 120–250 m³ or smaller commercial pools requiring rapid heating. The dense arrangement of titanium tubes in a thermally insulated chamber guarantees maximum transferred heat with minimal exchanger dimensions.
The BS 316L (EN 1.4432) stainless steel housing is enclosed in a rigid thermal casing that prevents heat losses of the primary circuit and increases the overall energy efficiency of the system. Counter-flow routing of the circuits is the design basis for achieving maximum temperature gradient.
The exchanger is compatible with boilers, heat pumps, solar circuits, and chillers, with a flexible connection allowing the choice of the optimal inlet configuration. Titanium resists pool chemistry and does not require regular chemical cleaning.
The 85 kW output ensures the maintenance of a comfortable water temperature even in unfavourable weather or after a winter break. Easy assembly and the availability of spare parts reduce service and maintenance costs.
