The PVC gate valve d63 is a shut-off fitting designed for regulating or completely closing the flow in a 63 mm diameter pipe circuit. Unlike a ball valve, the gate valve allows smooth throttling regulation of the flow.
The body and spindle are made of PVC-U resistant to chlorine, bromine disinfection and other pool chemicals. Mounting is done by gluing into the existing pipe circuit.
The gate valve is used as a shut-off element on the supply to the filter, in front of the pump, or in the plant room as a service shut-off. The linear movement of the spindle does not allow accidental closing by impact, as can happen with ball valves.
