The 40 mm diameter hose tail is designed for connecting flexible hoses to threaded fittings in pool, pond and garden water systems. The 1 1/4 inch male thread complies with common industrial standards.
The part is made of durable PVC-U, which withstands long-term contact with chlorinated water as well as temperature fluctuations. The surface of the tail is shaped with grooves that prevent the hose from slipping off even without a hose clamp.
Installation requires no special tools – simply apply sealing tape to the thread and screw it into the fitting. The product is suitable for operating pressure up to 10 bar.
