The PVC-U hose tail with a diameter of 25 mm and a 3/4″ BSP male thread allows the direct connection of a 25 mm diameter hose to the threaded port of a fitting, pump or filter head. The ribbed tail prevents the hose from slipping off even under higher pressure or mechanical pull.
The 3/4″ BSP male thread is a standard industrial thread for medium-sized ports of pool equipment, so the tail can be mounted on a wide range of pumps, filters and fittings from various manufacturers. The fitting is resistant to chlorine, salts and disinfecting agents.
Installation of the tail is quick – the male thread is sealed with Teflon tape and screwed into the port, then the hose is fitted and secured with a hose clamp. The PVC-U material guarantees a long service life even under outdoor operating conditions with variable temperatures and UV radiation.
