The flat stub flange made of PVC-U with a diameter of 315 mm is designed for flange connections on the largest pipe diameters in pool installations. It is used on the main collecting circuits of overflow channels, central filters and pumping stations of water parks.
The 315 mm dimension allows the flow of a large volume of water without an unnecessary increase in hydraulic losses, which is a key parameter for the energy-efficient operation of filtration. The PVC-U material resists the aggressive environment throughout the entire service life of the installation.
The contact surface of the stub flange is precisely milled for even distribution of the tightening force of the bolts of the flange joint, thereby preventing deformation of the seal. The part is compatible with the DIN standard for flange joints of industrial piping.
