The reducing hose barb d50×38/32 is a plastic fitting made of ABS material designed to connect vacuum hoses with a diameter of 38 or 32 mm to a pipe system with a diameter of 50 mm.
The glued d50 side is simply bonded with standard ABS adhesive into a fitting or pipe, while the hose barb with a diameter of 38/32 mm provides a firm fit of the hose with a hose clamp. The ABS material withstands pressure and pool chemistry.
The fitting is used both when building new vacuum connections and when repairing existing piping. Its small dimensions and low weight facilitate handling and installation in the confined spaces of a technical shaft.
