The body seal is a key sealing element of the Badu Magic II pump, located between the front and rear parts of the hydraulic housing. Without this seal, water leaks from the joint, causing a pressure drop and a reduction in filtration flow.
The 165×5 mm dimension corresponds to the exact original specification of the Badu manufacturer. The seal is made of a material resistant to chlorine, ozone agents and other pool chemicals, so it retains its elasticity even after prolonged operation.
We recommend replacing the seal during every disassembly of the pump – it is a low-cost part whose replacement significantly prevents later water leaks and expensive repairs.
