The white EkoMatik reducer is used to adapt the inlet or outlet port of the EkoMatik salt chlorinator unit to the various diameters or thread standards of piping used in European and American installations.
The white plastic design is chemically resistant to both chlorinated and salt-chlorinated pool water. Precisely machined sealing surfaces prevent leaks even under continuous operation under pressure.
The reducer is installed directly on the inlet or outlet of the salt chlorinator unit; we recommend using PTFE tape on the thread for a perfectly tight joint.
