pH Plus Granules – 10 kg

pH Plus is a powdered granular product for raising the pH value of pool water. It can also be used to prepare a solution for the tanks of automatic dosing units. The large 10 kg package is ideal for full-season operation.

Dosage

15 g per m³ raises the pH value by 0.2.

What is pH?

pH is the negative logarithm of the hydrogen ion (H⁺) concentration in water. When protons predominate over OH⁻ ions, the water is acidic, otherwise it is alkaline. The ideal pH of a standard pool is between 6.9 and 7.4, depending on the pool cover and water quality. The pH of seawater is 8 to 8.5, and of high-mountain water around 7.
