Griffon UNI 100 Glue for PVC 250 ml

Griffon UNI 100 is a proven glue intended for cold welding of PVC pipes and fittings in pool, pond and sewage installations. The convenient 250 ml pack is equipped with a round brush for precise application of the glue to both bonded surfaces.

The bonded joint achieves strength comparable to the pipe material itself and exhibits excellent resistance to pressure, temperature fluctuations and aggressive pool chemistry (with the exception of concentrated acid). The product has a reduced viscosity, which facilitates penetration of the joint even with larger pipe diameters.

Before applying the glue, the surfaces must be degreased with the Griffon cleaner product and allowed to dry. The glue is applied in a thin coat inside the fitting and a thicker coat on the end of the pipe; the joint is inserted without twisting and held firmly for a few seconds. The curing time depends on the pipe diameter, temperature and humidity of the environment.
