Heater EOVk-12, 12 kW 400 V, Stainless Steel, with El. Flow Switch

EOVk-12 is a powerful stainless steel flow-through heater for pools and hot tubs. Structurally it corresponds to the EOV type, but the water flow is sensed by a flow switch. The temperature is regulated by a thermostat, and the heating element is switched by a contactor controlled by the thermostat and a safety flow indicator.

Design and materials

• Casing made of stainless steel with titanium content AISI 316
• INCOLOY 800 heating cartridge with titanium content
• Flow sensed by a flow switch
• 100% leak tested
• 2 mounting brackets

Connection and control

• Connection via 1.5″ thread, 50 mm hose or 50 mm glued joint
• Thermostat 5 °C – 45 °C and thermal fuse
• Power output 12 kW, voltage 400 V

Operating conditions

• Minimum water flow: 4 m³/h
• Operating pressure: 0–3 bar
• Connection to a circuit with 50 mm pipe diameter
• Water quality: chlorides max. 150 mg/l, chlorine max. 1 mg/l, pH 7.0–7.8

Install downstream of a residual current device; automatic VÁGNER control is recommended. Power outputs up to 36 kW available to order.
