EOV electric flow-through heaters are designed for heating water in pools and whirlpool tubs. The principle is based on heating the flowing water with a heating element, with the temperature set by a control thermostat. The heating element is switched by a contactor controlled by the thermostat and a safety flow indicator. For this reason, the heater requires so-called full automation – a 24-hour filtration timer, a residual current device, motor thermal protection, a contactor and a heating switch. Each heater must be installed in the electrical system downstream of a residual current device. We recommend complementing the device with suitable automatic VÁGNER control, which ensures both comfort and operating safety.
