The OVBD plate heat exchanger features a high heat transfer coefficient and is particularly suitable for heating with a heat pump or solar collectors. The counter-flow routing of the media and the specially embossed plates create turbulent flow, which ensures very efficient heat transfer and reduces sediment deposits. Suitable media include water, steam, air, liquids and gases; others after consultation with the manufacturer.
