The OVBD plate heat exchanger features a high heat transfer coefficient and is ideal for heating with a heat pump or solar collectors. The media flow through it in counter-flow and the specially embossed plates create turbulent flow, which ensures very efficient heat transfer and reduces sediment deposits. Suitable media include water, steam, air, liquids and gases; others after consultation with the manufacturer.
