The OVBD plate heat exchanger offers a high heat transfer coefficient and is particularly suitable for heating with a heat pump or solar collectors. The counter-flow routing of the media and the special embossing of the plates create turbulent flow, thanks to which the heat transfer is very efficient and sediment deposits are reduced. Suitable media include water, steam, air, liquids and gases; others after consultation with the manufacturer.
