The OVBD plate heat exchanger has a high heat transfer coefficient and is therefore particularly suitable for heating with a heat pump or solar collectors. The media flow through it in counter-flow and the special embossing of the plates creates turbulent flow, which ensures very efficient heat transfer and reduces sediment deposits. Suitable media include water, steam, air, liquids and gases; other media after consultation with the manufacturer.
