Griffon adhesive is designed to create tensile-strong joints between pressure pipes (for example drinking-water distribution lines) and PVC-U fittings. Shake the contents well before use.
Instructions for use
Apply a continuous, even layer of adhesive in the longitudinal direction to both clean and dry bonding surfaces with a brush – thinner at the socket, thicker at the pipe end. Insert the pipe and fitting without twisting all the way to the stop and hold for a few seconds. The joint must be completed within 4 minutes of starting application. At temperatures above +25 °C or with a thinner layer, the open working time is reduced.
