The union with a female thread of 1 1/2″ allows a detachable connection of the pipe to threaded parts in the pressure PVC-U system. The fittings, pipes and valves are joined by solvent welding or mechanical connections.
The part makes both installation and later disassembly of the pipework easier, handles well and is chemically resistant.
