The complete Wellis flow-through heater with an output of 3 kW is supplied including sensors and seals for Balboa or Wellis plastic control units. It connects to a fixed control unit and is governed by the control program’s automation. Thanks to three titanium stabilisers, it is highly durable and reliable and minimises vibration even under strong flow. The structural baffle bracket is standard on all Balboa Water Group heaters.
The design ensures centring during assembly and seating, manufacturing repeatability and higher quality. The result is consistently smoother flow around the coil and lower vibration. Chemically inert epoxy bonding instead of soldering increases corrosion resistance. Each assembly is tested at 60 psi before shipping to rule out leaks. The new design leaves maximum clearance between the part and the housing, ensuring quiet operation during flow. This is an original Balboa product replacing the previous Balboa 58118 model.
